About Cosmo Bar & Bistro, Udaipur
Cosmo Bar & Bistro is a fully vegetarian restaurant and bar on the 4th floor of Hotel Castle Inn in Udaipur. We created it to bring good food, good drinks and an open-sky evening together in one place, so a night out does not have to move from one venue to another.
Our kitchen: all Vegetarian, Four Cuisines
Every dish at Cosmo is vegetarian, and some Jain dishes are available. The kitchen cooks North Indian, Continental, Chinese and Italian food, so one table can order paneer tikka masala, Alfredo pasta and Schezwan noodles together. Our signature dishes include the mini vada pav sliders, olive and chilli naan, paneer chilli and peanut masala. The menu runs from starters and sharing platters to main courses and desserts. Our Bar
The bar matters as much as the kitchen. Signature cocktails include the Rosemary Gin, OTP Tequila, Purple Sky Gin and Long Island Iced Tea, and the mocktail list covers fresh fruit drinks, citrus and mint coolers, tropical blends and creamy dessert-style coolers. Each day also has a premium drink at MRP: rum on Monday, vodka on Tuesday, whisky on Wednesday, gin on Thursday, wine on Friday, tequila on Saturday and beer on Sunday. Our Space
Cosmo sits on the 4th floor with the city skyline around it. There are tables under open sky and a covered area, so a plan does not depend on the weather.
